  • How long does shipping take for custom uniforms?
    Shipments usually come within 2 weeks of placing an order. Due to unpredictable shipping circumstances, it is sometimes possible for shipments to be delayed, but this does not occur often.
  • How does the process work to create custom uniforms?
    Typically the process goes as such: You bring a concept or idea that you have in mind and would like for us to design around (plan to have at least 1 example) Once we begin designing, we will have up to 2 rounds of revisions (small details and corrections are exceptions and will be taken care of) Once artwork is confirmed, you can send your "player list" with name, number and size accordingly (ex. Gonzalez - #15 - 2XL). Make sure to follow the proper capitalizations and format as this will dictate how it is printed on your jersey. If you want your name to be all caps, then write your name as such. At this stage you will be sending in payment for your order, which will confirm the printing of your custom uniforms. From the moment of confirmation/printing, the uniforms are usually in our possession within 2 weeks. This is when will we contact you regarding the shipping or delivery of your uniforms depending upon your location.   • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

    FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better navigation experience.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Where can I add my FAQs?
    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
